With under an inch of precipitation on average and an estimated high of 70-75ยบ, Tucson weather is perfect for logging countless miles.

Housing:

We have a new and amazing home base for camp this year. Housing was an important consideration for us. We wanted an ideal spot and nice amenities and we have found both! Camp will be based in the North East quadrant of Tucson and its location will be a perfect starting point for many of the week's rides.

Our property is located on a quiet street with a private gated entry. The home boasts over 5,000 sq ft of living space and is nestled on 3.3 fenced acres, amidst lush vegetation, on the Tanque Verde Wash.

This spacious, beautifully decorated home has a pool complete with jacuzzi and water features, a 600 sq. foot Arizona Room, ample bedroom space, and 3 full bathroom There is a gourmet kitchen and a second complete kitchen, laundry room, and a flowing floor plan with comfortable living space. Further amenities include TVs, DVD, internet, stereo speakers inside and outside, outdoor gas and charcoal BBQ grills and indoor and outdoor fireplaces and three car garage. The property include several ponds housing Koi fish and water plants and has stables, home to 3 miniature donkeys.
